C5 cinnamon sticks are a bit smaller than the C4 type, having a diameter between 10-12 mm. They display a deep, reddish-brown hue, enhancing the appeal of any dish. The taste and scent of C5 cinnamon are exceptional, featuring a pleasing combination of sweetness and warmth that will undoubtedly elevate numerous dishes.

C4 cinnamon sticks measure 13-15 mm in thickness , a popular export grade with good thickness and strong aroma. C4 is widely used for grinding into powder and for bulk supply while maintaining authentic Ceylon quality.

H1/H2Grade

H1/H2Grade

H1 grade is the highest-quality category. It is a well-liked option for both industrial and culinary applications because of its thickness, strong flavor, and unique scent.

H2 grade Ceylon cinnamon is a premium, affordable, and well-liked variety of Cinnamomum verum, or real cinnamon, made up of about 90% smooth-textured, golden-yellow sticks. Its fragrance is subtle, sweet, and powerful, and it is a little thicker than H1 (up to 32 mm in diameter). Bulk sales are common.
